NIA does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data exists to help you find meaningful relationships — nothing else.
NIA collects your location coordinates during onboarding to verify that you are a real person and to improve trust on the platform. We store your latitude and longitude but do not share your precise location with other users. Other users see only your city and country.
Your profile, including your name, photo, bio, and relationship preferences, is visible to other verified and authenticated NIA members. Your email address and exact location are never shared with other users.
We use Supabase to store your data securely. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to see. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at niaappsupport@gmail.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
NIA is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it immediately.
